We are a small local trucking company located in the beautiful state of Idaho.  Our team consists of a husband/wife who runs this company along with several amazing drivers.  We value and strive to grow a strong work-ethic,  high integrity, and a positive work culture in our team.  The business strictly adheres to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, United States Department of Transportation, International Fuel Tax Agreement, Clearinghouse, state regulations, and all filings required for the Internal Revenue Service to run a successful and legitimate organization.  We see ourselves working with local, regional and other shippers throughout the country.  Currently our runs are operated by acquiring loads from local shippers as well as broker platforms.  The team we are interested in building must benefit all involved so we are looking to build relationships that help everyone grow. Arrowpoint Transport’s priority is to be the most reliable trucking business in Idaho and provide excellent service for all of the shippers/receivers we work with.  Our equipment consists of several company owned Volvo VNL trucks and refrigerated trailers.  We occasionally also transport dry van loads as well as flat bed loads as needed for our customers.  The lanes we currently cover most consistently include the midwest region and northwest region but occasionally our drivers travel throughout all of the lower 48 states.  When working with our team, you can expect clear communication during the pick-up, transfer, and delivery time as well as timely pick-ups and deliveries.  Our team enjoys problem solving with challenges to make complicated situations accomplishable whenever possible in order to meet our customer’s needs.  

Our business is also taking the opportunity to help manage excess loads by providing  a freight brokerage service.  We can help you negotiate rates with any coverage you may have and connect you with an expanded network of other trucking companies throughout the nation.  We can vet carrier safety for you to ensure they are consistently reliable and manage the loads for you in this capacity.   Also, we will handle the compliance, documentation, track the shipment as well as resolve any issues which may come up with the freight during the transport process.

It is our policy to do a comprehensive vetting of the qualifications of all our drivers to ensure we work with the best and offer promising services!  All of our CDL drivers are medically qualified and road tested to ensure they are safe and knowledgeable on the road.  You will not see drivers who do not speak English or are illegal immigrants, that way the communication will always be clear. Although our company is located in Nampa, Idaho we transport throughout the US.   The trucks are conveniently stationed at a truck yard right off of I-84 for efficient entrance/exit on to the highway.  The office is also located in the city of Nampa where the administrative and coordination work happens to keep the trucks running smoothly.  We are working on expanding the business in near future therefore our staff is currently reaching out to the many different shippers throughout our local area to network and find the needs that may require any coverage in our.  Although currently our lanes take us throughout the 48 states, we are working towards transporting locally or regionally.  If you need any of these lanes covered, we would love to help you out!

At Arrowpoint Transport, we communicate through a variety of methods.  Dispatching is completed through email as well as phone communication.  Tracking is also completed through email, text, phone calls as well as live tracking which is linked with the Electric Logging Device whenever it is necessary. Proof of Deliveries and all necessary documentation is emailed shortly after the load is delivered along with the invoice.  We strive to transfer all of the required information in an efficient manner.  Our equipment is consistently inspected and maintained by the best mechanics in the area to ensure the safety of operations at all times as well as to prevent any downtimes to keep the load deliveries on schedule. This will also ensure we deliver damage- free deliveries every time.
